Ingredients:
·        
Basmati Rice - 1/2 Kg (soaked 1/2 hour
before)
·        
Paneer - 1oo grams (Chopped into small
pieces)
·        
Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon
·        
Biryani masala – 1 tea spoon
·        
cumin seeds powder - 1 teaspoon
·        
Black cumin seeds  - 1/2 teaspoon
·        
Cloves – 4
·        
Bay leafs – 2
·        
Cinnamon – small piece
·        
 Cardamom
– 2
·        
Tomato puree – ½ Cup
·        
Oil - 1/4 cup
·        
Ghee – 5 teaspoons
·        
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
·        
Chopped green chillies – 5 slit
·        
Chopped Onion – 1 big
·        
Ginger garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
·        
Mint Leaves & Coriander leaves –
each ¼ cup (Chopped)
·        
Red chilli powder – 1 ½ teaspoons
·        
Salt to taste ( 2 teaspoons )
·        
Cashew nuts paste – ¼ cup
·        
Pinch of saffron (Add into hot water and
keep aside)
·        
Fried Onions – ½ cup ( For this Recipe,
you can watch in our channel )
Method:
·        
Place a bowl on the flame, pour 1 liter
of water, add Cloves – 4, Bay leafs – 2, Cinnamon – small piece, Cardamom – 2 ,
salt to taste ( 1 teaspoon ) and Black cumin seeds  - 1/2 teaspoon .  Close the lid and boil the water.
·        
Place a Big Bowl on another stove and
add oil and fry the paneer pieces, fry till they becomes golden color, take out
into a bowl and keep aside.
·        
In the same bowl add Chopped green
chillies, Chopped Onion and  fry well, Add
tomato puree and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.   Add 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder and mix
well.  Add cashew nuts powder paste and
pour ¼ cup of water and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.

Pour 1/4 cup of water and mix well, add
fried paneer pieces and mix well and saute for 5 minutes in low flame  till the gravy will become thick.
·        
Add soaked basmati rice into boiling
water and saute till 75%.
·        
paneer is ready, now divide into 2 parts
and take out 1/2 portion into a bowl and keep aside.
·        
Spread the paneer as a layer, check the
rice cooked 75% or not, If the rice cooked then take out the rice with the help
of strainer, wait till the excess water come out from the rice, add the rice as
a layer, Now add the remaining paneer on the rice, sprinkle  the fried onions, add remaining cooked rice, add
remaining cooked rice.

Sprinkle chopped coriander and mint
leaves, at last pour the ghee also, close the lid and sauté for 5 minutes in
low flame.

After 5 minutes open the lid and mix
well slowly, take out into a serving bowl.

Garnish with fried onions and serve hot
hot……
