How to cook Spinach pakora – Palak Pakoda – Palakura Pakodi.
Ingredients:
·        
Chopped Spinach - 2 bundles
·        
Besan/chick pea flour - 1 cup
·        
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
·        
Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
·        
Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
·        
Salt to taste ( 1/2 teaspoon )
·        
Pinch of garam masala
·        
Green chillies  - 3
·        
Oil for deep fry
Method:
01.  Take
a mixing bowl, add besan flour, rice flour, garam masala, ginger garlic paste,
red chilli powder, salt to taste and mix well.
02.  Mix
well tii the batter should just coat the spinach leaves, If you required water
then add few tablespoons of water till the batter coats palak leaves well and
keep aside.
03.  Drop
the mixer little by little in the hot oil.
04.  fry
the pakoda till become into a golden brown color.
05.  Now
take out into a serving plate and keep aside.
06.  drop
green chillies - 3 into the oil and fry well carefully.
07.  Take
out the fried green chillies and add to palak pakoda.


08.  Palak
Pakoda is Ready ….
