How to cook idly Manchurian – idli manchurian.
Ingredients:
·        
idly – 6
·        
All purpose powder - 1/2 cup
·        
Corn flour - 1/4 cup
·        
Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
·        
Salt to taste ( 1 teaspoon )
·        
Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
·        
Tomato sauce - 2 teaspoons
·        
Garlic - 1/2 teaspoon (Finally chopped)
·        
Green chilli  - 1 teaspoon (Finally chopped)
·        
Garlic 
- 1/4 teaspoon (Finally chopped)
·        
Cabbage ( Gobi ) - 1/2 cup ( Chopped )
·        
Onion ( Chopped ) - 1
·        
Coriander leaves (cleaned and chopped) -
1/4 cup
·        
Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
·        
Oil for deep fry
Method:
01.  Cut
the idlies into small pieces and keep aside.
02.  Take
a mixing bowl and add all purpose flour, corn flour, red chilli powder, salt to
taste and mix well. Add water little by little and make thick batter, idly
pieces should be coated with the batter and keep aside.
03.  Place
a pan on the flame and add oil for deep fry and heat the oil.
04.  Now
take idly pieces, dip in the batter, drop in the hot oil and fry well both
sides Take out into a plate and keep aside.
05.  In
the same pan remove the oil and keep 1 table spoon of oil and heat it.
06.  Add
Garlic, ginger and green chillies ( Finally Chopped) and fry well.
07.  Now
add onion, Cabbage (gobi) and saute for 1 to 2 minute.
08.  Add
ginger garlic paste and stir well, Pour 1/2 cup of water, mix well and saute
for 1 minute.
09.  Add
salt to taste, stir well, add deep fried idly pieces and stir well till a
minute, take a onion, chop into Manchurian.
10.  Now
saute for 2 to 3 minutes, keep stirring between in low flame
11.  Add
chopped coriander leaves and saute for more 1 minute.


12.  Now
switch off the flame and take out into a serving bowl.
