Menthi Curry in telugu by latha channel
Ingrediants:
Chopped Fenugreek
Leaves - ¼ Kg
Chopped Tomatoes – ½
Kg
Chopped green chillies
– 10
Chopped Onion – 1
Curry Leaves – 2 bunches
Mustard seeds – 1 T
Spoon
Chopped Coriander
Leaves – ¼ Cup
Ginger garlic paste –
1 T spoon
Garam masala – 1 pinch
Coriander seeds
power – 1 T spoon
Oil – 3 Spoons
Turmeric Powder – ½  T spoon
Red chilli powder –
1 T spoon
Salt to taste

Method:- Place a pan on the flame and add oil, heat the oil
when oil heated then add Mustard seeds – 1 T Spoon, ginger garlic paste and
curry leaves and fry for 1 minute, now add chopped green chillies and onion and
fry well and now add turmeric powder and mix well and fry for w minutes and add
chopped fenugreek leaves, close the lid and fry for 2 minutes after 2 minutes
open the lid and mix well, now add chopped tomatoes and stir well and close the
lid and fry for 5 minutes on medium flame, after 5 minutes open the lid and
stir well, now add salt to taste ( 1 and 1/2 spoon) and stir well, now close
the lid and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, after 2 to 3 minutes open the lid and stir
once again and now add red chilli powder, after cooking 2 to 3 minutes now stir
once again and now add 1 small glass of 
water, add coriander powder and pinch of garam masala, stir well once
again and close the lid and cook for 2 minutes once again, open the lid and add
chopped coriander leaves, stir well and turn off the flame and close the lid
and wait for 5 minutes until cool the curry, now take out into a serving bowl…Methi
Tomato curry is ready,  Thank you..
