How to
make black grapes pachadi in telugu (new special variety pickles) By Latha
Channel
Ingrediants
:
Black Grapes - 1
Cup
Mustard Powder –
2 T spoons
Red Chilli Powder
– 2 T spoons
Salt to taste ( 1
T spoon)
Lemon ½ piece
Turmeric Powder –
1 pinch
Cumin – 1 T
Spoon,
Mustard  - 1 T Spoon
Black gram/Urad
dal – 1 T spoon
Oil – ¼ Cup
Curry Leaves - 2
bunches
Red chillies – 2

Method:- Take a Plate and add Black grapes, pour fresh water
and wash them well,  take out them into a
napkin and grooming well with napkin, and place in a bowl.   Take a mixing bowl and add black grapes, add
Turmeric Powder – 1 pinch, add Red
Chilli Powder – 2 T spoons & Salt to taste ( 1 T spoon) and squeeze the
lemon, mex well and keep aside.  Place a
pan on the flame and add oil and heat the oil, add Mustard  - 1 T Spoon & Cumin – 1 T Spoon, stir
well and fry for a minute, now add Black gram/Urad dal – 1 T spoon and fry
well, add Red chillies – 2 and fry well, now add curry leaves and stir well,
switch off the flame and rest the oil for 10 minutes for it becomes room
temperature, Now pour the oil into the black grape’s bowl


And mix well, this
pickle best for 1 week or 10 days, Black grapes pachadi is ready, please serve
