Sweet Atukula Pongali
(Flattened rice Pongal) Indian Special Festival Sweet Recipe in telugu by

Ingrediants:
Flattened rice - 1/2
Cup
Moong Dal - 1/2 Cup
Ghee - 3 Spoons
Sugar - 1/2 Cup
Fried Cashew Nuts
& Raisins – 4 to 6
Cardamom powder – ½ T
Spoon


Method:- Take a bowl and add moong dal wash them with fresh
water and place on the flame, add 2 cups of water and boil for 75%, Pour
Flattened rice in the water, wash them well and take out in a bowl and keep
aside, when moong dal boiled 75% then switch of the flame & keep aside, Add
½ cup water  & keep stirring, keep
stirring and cook for till you get a one thread consistency, now add cardamom
powder, And add ghee, stir well Add 75% cooked moong dal , mix well and now add
flattened rice, mix well cook for more 2 minutes, keep stirring, after 2
minutes switch off the flame, now take out in a serving bowl, Garnish with
Fried Cashew Nuts & Raisins, Now Flattened rice or atukula sweet pongali is
