How to
cook fresh Mooli Ki Sabzi /Radish Tomato Curry (Mullangi tomato koora) by Latha
Channel:
Ingrediants:
Chopped radish
pieces - 1 Cup
Chopped tomato
pieces – 1 Cup
black pepper – 10
Add cloves – 3
Cardamom – 1
oil – 3 spoons
Chopped green
chillies - 7 to 8
Chopped Onion – 1
ginger garlic paste –
1
turmeric powder -  ½ T spoon
Red chilli powder -
1 spoon
salt to taste (or 1
T spoon)
chopped coriander
leaves – 1 Bunch

Method:- 1. Take a Stone grinder, Add black pepper – 10, and
Add cloves – 3 Grind Well, Add Cardamom – 1 Grind Well and keep aside.   2. Place
a pan on the flame and add oil – 3 spoons, heat the oil and  Chopped green chillies - 7 to 8 fry well and Add
Chopped Onion – 1,  Add ginger garlic
paste - 1 T spoon, Add turmeric powder -  ½ T spoon, Stir well & fry well, Add
Chopped radish pieces - 1 Cup, Stir well and  Fry for 5 minutes with keep stirring and now
Add Chopped tomato pieces – 1 Cup, Add Red chilli powder - 1 spoon on the
tomato pieces, And add salt to taste, Stir only tomato pieces, Close the lid
and boil the tomato pieces for 3 minutes, Now open the lid and mix well all
radish & tomato pieces Now add just now before prepared masala, stir well
and cook for one more 2 minutes and  Now
add chopped coriander leaves, mix well and turn off the flame, take out into a
serving plate, Radish Tomato Curry is Ready                                          Thank
