cook menthi kura pappu/methi moong dal recipe with fenugreek curry leaves by

Ingrediants:
Fenugreek Leaves - 2
cups
Moong Dal - 1 Cup
Chopped green
chillies - 10 & onion 1 big size
garlic pods – 5,
Chopped coriander
leaves - 1/2 cup
Red chilli powder –
1 ½ T Spoon
Salt to taste ( 1 T
spoon)
Coriander Powder - 1
T spoon
Mustard - 1 T spoon
Cumin seeds - 1/2 T
Spoon
Turmeric powder -
1/2 T spoon

Method:- Take a Bowl and add Moong Dal  and Wash with fresh water now soak for 10
minutes and keep aside, garlic pods - 5 grind and keep aside,
Place a bowl on the flame & add Oil, Heat Oil and
now Add Cumin & Mustard seeds, add smashed garlic pods, Add Chopped green
chillies & onions, Stir & fry for 1 minute, Add Turmeric powder, stir
well, Now add chopped fenugreek leaves, Now add chopped fenugreek leaves, keep
stirring and fry for 1 minute in medium flame, Add socked moong dal, Mix well, Now
close the lid and fry for 2 minutes in low flame, Now open the lid and pour 1/2
litre water, stir well once again, Close the lid and cook for 5 minutes, Add
Red Chilli Powder And Add Salt to taste, Mix well, Add Coriander Powder 1 T
spoon, Mix Well, Close the lid and cook for 2 minutes and switch of the flame, Add
Chopped Coriander leaves and Mix well, Now Take out in a Serving Bowl, Now M
