How to
cook Keema Balls
Non veg side dish with new method  by Latha Channel
Ingrediants:
Mutton Keema - 200
grams
chopped coriander
leaves - 1/4 Cup
Green chillies – 2
Ginger small piece
& Garlic pods – 5
Salt to taste ( ½ -
T spoon)
Red chilli powder –
1 T spoon
Coriander powder -
1/2 T spoon
roasted chana dal -
1/4 cup
Oil for Deep Fry



Method:- Wash the keema with fresh water, squeeze the water
from keema , keep aside for 10 minutes until 
the keema dry , Take a Mix jar and add garlic & ginger , Add Green
chillies, Add chopped coriander leaves, Close the lid and grind well, open the
lid and add mutton keema and add red chilli powder, Add coriander powder, add
salt to taste, Close the lid and grind well, open the lid and add roasted chana
dal, Close the lid and grind well, now Take small size keema in your hand and
make medium sized balls and place in the plate, make all the keema balls as
same method, keep aside for 5 minutes, when the water heated then drop the
keema balls into the water, close the lid and boil for 5 minutes, after 5
minutes open the lid and stir the balls slowly, close the lid and boil for 5
minutes, after 5 minutes switch off the flame and open the lid, Take out all
the keema balls into a napkin, now keep aside, Place a pan on the flame and
pour oil for deep fry, Drop the all keema balls into the heat oil slowly and
set the flame in medium, stir well and fry well for until the keema balls becomes
light brown colour, take out into serving plate,  tasty keema balls are ready .... Thank you..
