Ingrediants
:

Wheat flour  – ½  Cup
·        
Boiled &
Mashed Potato – ½ Cup
·        
Coriander
Powder – 1 T spoon
·        
Cumin seeds
Powder – 1 T spoon
·        
Ginger garlic
paste – 1 T spoon
·        
Garam Masala –
1 pinch
·        
Ghee – 4 to 5
T spoons
·        
Oil  - 2 T Spoons
·        
Chopped green
chillies – 1 T spoon
·        
Chopped Onion
– ½ Cup
·        
Chopped mint
leaves – ¼ Cup
·        
Chopped
Coriander Leaves – ¼ Cup
·        
Red Chilli
Powder – ½  T spoon
·        
Turmeric Powder
– ¼ T spoon
·        
Salt to taste
·        
Dry mango
powder – 1 T spoon



Method:- Take a mixing plate and add wheat flour, Add pinch of
salt and add little water and mix well and knead into a smooth soft dough, Keep
aside for 15 to 20 minutes, Place a pan on the flame and add oil and heat, add
chopped green chillies, add
Ginger
garlic paste – 1 T spoon, add Chopped Onion – ½ Cup, stir well and fry well for
1 minute, add Turmeric Powder – ¼ T spoon, stir well and add Boiled &
Mashed Potato – ½ Cup, Fry for 2 to 3 minutes,  keep stirring between, add Red Chilli Powder –
½  T spoon, add Salt to taste and add Cumin
seeds Powder – 1 T spoon, add pinch of Garam Masala, add Dry mango powder – 1 T
spoon, add Coriander Powder – 1 T spoon, mix well and now add Chopped Coriander
Leaves – ¼ Cup and add Chopped mint leaves – ¼ Cup, switch of the flame and
keep aside, Take little portion of dough and make small balls, sprinkle some
wheat flour on the rolling pad, take a dough ball, flatten it and roll it into
about 4 to 5 inches diameter rounds, place the potato stuffing ( 1 T spoon) in
the center,  take the edge of the
chapathi and start pleating as well as bringing the pleats in the center and
joint the pleats together, and sprinkle some wheat flour and flatten it and
roll it into about 7 to 8 inches diameter rounds ( Keep rolling slowly ) , take
out in a plate and make the all parathas are as same process and keep aside, place
a tava on a flame and place a paratha and fry for 1 minute, flip the paratha
and spread the ghee and fry for more 1 minute, flip again the other side
paratha and spread the ghee and fry for more 1 minute, fry well both sides for
until we will see brown spots on the paratha, make all parathas this way.  Aloo parathas are ready to serve
