Grated ginger –

Milk – ½ Cup

Oil - for deep fry

Method:- Place a Pan on the flame & add 2 spoons of oil
& heat it , add Mustard seeds – ½ T Spoon, add Cumin seeds – ½ T Spoon, Add
Chopped mint leaves – ¼ Cup, ADd Grated ginger – ½ T Spoon, Stir well and fry
well for 1 minute, add Turmeric Powder
– 1 pinch, Add Red Chilli Powder –
½ T spoon, Add Salt to taste ( ¼ T
Spoon), and now Add Boiled & Mashed
Potato – 1 Cup, switch off the stove and kee aside for 10 minutes for cool the curry, take a small portion of aloo
curry, and make a small ball, place in
plate, make all the balls in the same way, and keep aside, Take a plate and
pour the milk, Now take a bread slice and bread slice sides dip in the milk, press
the bread slice with your hands, now you can see extra milk come out from bread
slice, now take a aloo curry ball and place, place the potato stuffing ( 1
small ball ) in the center, take the
edge of the bread slice and start pleating as well as bringing the pleats in
the center and joint the pleats together, make the bread ball round shape
neatly and place in plate, make the all bread balls in the same way,
& heat it , add Mustard seeds – ½ T Spoon, add Cumin seeds – ½ T Spoon, Add
Chopped mint leaves – ¼ Cup, ADd Grated ginger – ½ T Spoon, Stir well and fry
