How to
cook fresh prawns fry :
Ingrediants:
Fresh Prawns – ½ Kg
or 1 Cup
Turmeric Powder – 2
pinches
Ginger garlic paste –
1 & ½  T Spoon
Add Red Chilli
Powder - 1 ½ T Spoon
Salt to Taste ( 1/2
T Spoon)
Garam Masala – 2 pinches
Add Coriander Powder
- 1 T Spoon
Add Yogurt - 1 Spoon
Add Ginger Garlic
Paste – 1 ½   T Spoon
Chopped Spring
Onions - 1/4 cup
Chopped green
chillies – 4 to 5

Method:- Take a mixing bowl, add fresh prawns, add pinch of
Turmeric Powder, add ginger garlic paste 1 t spoon, add pinch of garam masala,
add coriander powder ½ t spoon and add Yogurt 1 spoon add salt to taste and mix
well and Close the lid and marinate for 30 minutes.



 Place a pan on the flame and add oil - 3
spoons
Add chopped Green Chillies 4 to 5 Add
Chopped Onions - 2 or 1/2 Cup
Fry well
the onions for 1 minute.  Now Add
Marinated fresh prawns stir well, add Spring Onions and close the lid and cook
for 5 minutes in medium flame, now open the lid and  Add little more red chilli powder to taste,
add little more garam masala, Coriander powder and salt to taste and well fry
for until the prawn becomes dry and Now turn off the flame and take out in to a
serving bowl....... Fresh Prawns Fry is ready,
