cook Bajji Curry by latha channel (
బజ్జి కూర ) Indian Special bajji Curry Recipe
Ingrediants
for make bajji :
Gram flour/besan – ½
Cup
Chopped green chilli
– 1
Chopped coriander
leaves - 1 T spoon
chopped fenugreek
leaves - 1 T spoon
Chopped Onion – 1
Red Chilli Powder -
1/2 T spoon
Pinch of Baking Soda
Oil for deep fry,
sufficient water
Salt to taste ( or 1
t spoon)
Ingrediants
for make Curry :
Bajji pieces
Oil - 2 spoons
Chopped green
chillies 4 to 5
Chopped Onions – 2
Ginger garlic paste –
1 t spoon
Pinch of turmeric
powder
Red chilli powder -
1 T spoon
Salt to taste ( 1/2
t spoon)
Pinch of garam
masala
Chopped coriander
leaves



Method:- Take a Mixing bowl & add 1/2 cup gram flour/besan,
Add Chopped green chilli – 1 Add Chopped coriander leaves - 1 T spoon
Add chopped fenugreek leaves - 1 T spoon Add Chopped
Onion - 1 Add Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 T spoon, Add Salt to taste, Add Pinch of
Baking Soda, Mix Well, Add sufficient water to make smooth bajji batter, And
Keep aside, Place a pan on the flame & Add Oil for deep fry, Now drop small
quantity of the batter  in the heat oil
with your hand carefully to make small bajji, 
Fry well until bajji becomes light golden colour and keep stirring
regularly, Split the bajji into 2 to 3 pieces with your hands, Place a pan on
the flame and add 2 spoons of oil, Add Chopped green chillies 4 to 5, Add
Chopped Onions – 2, stir well and fry well, Add ginger garlic paste – 1 t
spoon, Add Pinch of turmeric powder, stir well, Now add bajji pieces & mix
well , Close the lid and cook for 2 minutes in the low flame , Add Red chilli
powder - 1 T spoon, Add salt to taste ( 1/2 t spoon) , add pinch of garam
masala, and mix well, now Close the lid and cook for 5 minutes in the low flame,
switch of the flame,  now open the lid
& mix well, now sprinkle chopped coriander leaves, mix well and Now take
out in a plate, tasty Bajji Curry is ready......... Thank you.. Please
