How to
cook apple bajji in telugu a special new snack from Latha Channel 2016
Ingrediants
for make apple bajji :
Apple – 1
Gram flour/besan – 1
Cup
Rice flour – ¼ Cup
Chopped coriander
leaves - 1 T spoon
Chopped Onion – 1
Red Chilli Powder –
1 Spoon
Black pepper powder –
½ t spoon
Baking Soda – ¼  t spoon
Oil for deep fry,
sufficient water
Salt to taste ( or 1
t spoon)



Method:- Take a Mixing bowl & add 1 cup gram flour/besan, Add
Red Chilli Powder, Add Salt to taste, Add Pinch of Baking Soda, Add Rice flour –
¼ Cup and Mix Well, Add sufficient water to make smooth bajji batter, And Keep
aside for 30 minutes, Take the apple and cut it into slices and keep aside, Place
a pan on the flame & Add Oil for deep fry, Now dip the apple slices in the
batter and drop in the heat oil with your hand carefully, Fry well until bajji
becomes light golden colour and keep stirring regularly, when the bajji becomes
light golden colour then takeout in a serving bowl, sprinkle black pepper
powder-1/2 t spoon and garnish with chopped onions, coriander leaves, Tasty
