Ingrediants

Mustard - 1/2 T Spoon
Method:- Take a Mix Jar and add ginger pieces, Crush the fresh
red chillies into the jar, Add Jaggery, Add Cumin, Add Salt to taste, Add
washed tamarind, Close the lid and grind well, Open the lid and add little
water and now Close the lid and grind well once again and Keep aside. Place a pan on the flame and add Oil - 1
spoon, heat the oil and add mustard, add curry leaves and now Add prepared
Allam Chutney and mix well, fry for 1 minute , keep stirring and turn off the
flame and take out in a serving plate, Allam Chutney/Ginger Chutney is Ready.........
