How to Prepare Instant Lemon Pulihora
Soup
Ingredients:
1.     
Lemons -10
squeeze in a bowl & keep aside ( lemon juice - 1 Cup)
2.      Red Chillies -10
3.      Curry bunches -10
4.      Peanuts - 1/2 Cup
5.      Soaked Chana Dal ¼
6.      Turmeric Powder - 1 Tea Spoon
7.      Oil - 4 Spoons
8.      Cumin and Mustard seeds - 1 Tea spoon
9.      Black Pepper Powder - 1
10.  Tea Spoon Salt to Taste

Method:-Place a pan on the flame and Add Oil, heat the oil
when the oil heated then add                   
                 Peanuts - 1/2 Cup and Fry Well
and keep stirring until the peanuts are comes into             
                 brown colour and Take out in
to a bowl, and keep aside, now also fry  Soaked
 
                 Chana Dal ¼, and  Take out in to a same bowl, and keep aside,  Now Add Cumin
                 and Mustard seeds fry well and
add Red Chillies Fry Well, add Curry bunches -10
                 Fry Well for 2 to 3 minutes  and add Turmeric Powder, stir well and fry
well and
                 add lemon juice - 1 Cup and
mix well, and now Sprinkle Black Pepper Powder and
                 add salt to taste and boil for
5 minutes and turn off the flame and
 Take out into a
                 bowl and Sprinkle fried Peanuts
& Chana Dal, thats all  Instant Lemon
